- Rich Franklin is considering moving up to Light-heavyweight after two devastating losses to the Middleweight champion, Anderson Silva.

- As previously reported, UFC had an active roster of 200 fighters under contract until recent cuts. The goal is to trim the roster to 140 to 150 contracted fighters.

- It terms of ratings expectations, if Elite XC scores a 2.5 broadcast rating, it would be considered marginal. Below the 2.5 level, and the feeling is that CBS won't air a second Elite XC special. Anything above a 3.0 rating would be considered a good rating.

- Mirko Cro Cop has agreed to face Jerome LeBanner on the 7/21 Dream show, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. LeBanner is a kickboxing knockout artist.
